The “Antoinette” ring by Van Cleef & Arpels is a popular style and comes in different variations, including wide bands with flower motifs or settings with both heart-shaped and round-cut diamonds. This version features four claw set heart shaped diamonds and a round diamond in the form of a four leaf clover. The heart shaped diamonds weigh approximately two carats. The shoulders have been pave set with round brilliant cut bright white diamonds that have an approximate weight of over one carat. It is not easy to exactly date this ring but I think it was made in the 1990s.
