Rare Find
An unusual 18ct gold snake ring that was made circa 1880-1900. It has lovely movement with the tale and head coiled around each other in a meaningful way. The head has been set with a diamond and he has small ruby eyes. Snake rings were very popular in the Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian periods as they represented “Eternal love and wisdom” so what a lovely ring to give to someone that you adore.
This ring is a large size at present but it can easily be sized down.
