A charming 15ct gold ring that was made circa 1830. It has been claw set with five well matched graduated almandine garnets that curve around the finger beautifully. Almandine garnets are wonderful purplish red stones and were very popular in the early 19th century. The bobble design adds wonderful detail to this pretty ring, and the shank has been beautifully engraved.
A lovely ring to wear as a dress ring.
