Free UAE ShippingThis is an amazing platinum and 18ct white gold Art Deco bracelet that was made by Edouard Caen in the 1920s. His atelier was in 19 Rue Rambuteau, Paris. It is typical of the 1920s reaction to the earlier Art Nouveau flowing style. It features eight elliptical sections set with graduated diamonds on either side and a continuous line of French cut royal blue sapphires with a total approximate weight of 9.20 carats. The bracelet is articulated so it literally flows around the wrist. The 18ct yellow tongue clasp is hidden behind one of the sections so it looks seamless. This bracelet is accompanied with a gemmological certificate stating that the sapphires are from Myanmar (Burma) and Basaltic deposits with no indications of heating. A wonderful, unusual and very beautiful bracelet!
