This is a fabulous pendant that was originally retailed by Ollivant & Botsford. Ltd. St Ann Street, Manchester circa 1910-1920. In the centre is an amazing large claw set opal that has an estimated weight of eight and three quarter carats. It displays a kaleidoscope of brilliant colours from vivid green to sea blue with red undertones. Around the opal are thirty well matched bright white diamonds. There are three claw set drops with cushion cut and pear shaped rubies and four rub over set diamonds. Above the opal is a further diamond and a pear shaped ruby. It comes on a platinum chain.<\/p>\n
