Edwardian cluster rings such as these are in high demand. They are flat to the finger so do not catch on things easily. This is a nice example, ideal as an engagement ring, with a cornflower blue sapphire, and small diamonds around. The stones are set in a platinum mount and the shank is 18ct. It is circa 1910.
