A superb pair of Georgian coral drop earrings, made circa 1810 in the Grand Tour period when many English tourists went to places such as Naples to see the sights and wonders. They brought back with them trinkets which are now highly collectable. These earrings have endearing classical cameos on the top pieces, and a large faceted drop of good colour coral.They are mounted in gold.
