An 18 carat gold bug brooch, diamond-set with cabochon ruby eyes, circa 1960.This had a trip in the washing machine!. I had bought it and was wearing it and forgot to take it off my top. It is now sparkling and survived unscathed, although I would not reccomend a 2nd wash!.
