Very pretty 15 carat gold opal diamond Edwardian necklace, in original Goldsmiths' and SIlversmith's Company Case (well-known company of Regent Street, London, founded in 1880 ).

The opals are well-matched and colourful. Typically Edwardian in style, with the inclusion of pansies, which was a pun on the French, 'pensez a moi'....think of me!
