15ct Gold, Garnet & Enamel Bow Earrings

Georgian (1714 - 1830)

A smart pair of Georgian earrings, possibly of Spanish origin. Set with a central flat-cut Garnet and featuring two Natural Split Pearls on blue Enamel, with a finely-worked gold background. The earrings hang in a vertical bow or 8 shape.

 

In very good condition, with some restoration work to the Enamel. Secure reverse piercing fastening.
